Harvey Scott Craft Fair

Last Tuesday, Kevin and I got to help out our church with the Harvey Scott Craft Fair. Harvey Scott Elementary is a school with some underprivileged kids who don't get to have the same kind of holiday season like most of us get. The fair was put on so the kids could make gifts for their family while the parents in another room made t-shirts for their kids. The kids were awesome, precious, and hilarious! I hope you can see from these pictures how great a gift this fair was to the kids and what a great gift these kids are to the world!!

The event team did a great job planning and decorating for the event.. especially Brynn who put the whole event together!! Way to go Brynn. You're awesome.

Kevin and I put together the stationary table. The kids made some awesome stationary for their families!!

They made an awesome mural and tasty flavored hot chocolate!

They also made picture frames...

And they were able to get family portraits from a great photographer!!

They made jewelry and so much more..

Then they got to wrap it all up to go under the tree!! So fun.

Sooo precious.. I asked her to smile for me and almost died laughing when I saw that face! So cute!

What a great night to see little faces light up! Thanks Mosaic Church for putting this on!

My family

This Thanksgiving Kevin and I went to North Carolina with all of my family to my grandparents house to celebrate their 50th anniversay. My sister Lauryn and brother-in-law Pat have two of the cutest little girls I have seen. I HAD to take some shots of them. My other sister KC and her husband Aaron are expecting their first baby boy in March so I took some pictures of them and her little bump :) My great grandma, GG was there too. GG is 96 and still as lively and gorgeous as ever. In September my parents came to Portland to visit Kevin and I. It was my mom's birthday so I took some pictures of her and my dad for her. They also just celebrated 30 years of marriage in August. So with all of that said, I have some great photos for you. Let's start with my parents...

I have no idea where I get my goofiness from...

Now introducing my favorite nieces... Quynn and Eryn

The McNeeleys

The Richardsons

Mam and Pop (Happy 50 years!)

And of course GG!! Just a reminder.. she is 96!! What a beauty!

One last shot of the whole group

Looking back trough these pictures makes me so thankful for such a wonderful family! Thank you Lord for such beautiful blessings!

*Dane and Shelby Wedding*

When Dane and Shelby asked me to do their wedding, I was so excited. Then I found out where they were getting married... Brookside Gardens... where I got married! It was fun to be on the other side of things and get to see a wedding there in real time rather than it flying by as a bride! Shelby did exceptional at planning the wedding. Every little detail was beautiful! Dane and Shelby were so calm the whole day and glowing during the reception. I really loved seeing their excitement through the whole day. This is officially my longest post so bear with me and enjoy the pictures of an absolutely beautiful wedding!

Boys getting ready is quite different than girls...

These were taken when the florist was getting the center pieces together and I was blown away at how awesome they were!!! I had to get a few shots...

Shelby was absolutely gorgeous!!

These girls can work it!! Their inspiration was to look like j-crew models... I think they got it!

SOOOO pretty!!

This shot was their idea and is one of my favorites from the day!!! Good job girls

Meet Bug, the cutest ring bearer ever!

Waiting for his bride... and the first look. So sweet.

Another adorable member of the wedding party..

Dane, Shelby, and Family,
Thank you so much for the opportunity to shoot such a beautiful wedding. I hope the rest of your marriage is as stunning as the start of it!
